Insurance Restrictions

While we are honored to care for patients regardless of their insurance or catastrophic health coverage, we are limited in our ability to provide care for patients with certain types of insurance. These insurance companies have contracted with designated preferred providers, also known as HMOs. We are not preferred providers and will be out of network for all insurance companies. 

• Key Medical HMO

• Kaiser Health Insurance

• Medicare Humana

• Tri-Care or VA Insurance

What does this mean?

Your insurance may most likely require you to see their designated provider for: 

• Orders (advanced imaging, CT scan or CAT scan, MRI, etc.)

• Referrals (dermatology, podiatry, cardiac, orthopedics, etc.)

What can we do?

• Direct access to your doctor

• Unhurried appointments

• After hours care
