Noah Sarr, FNP-C, PMHNP-C
Founder
Noah Sarr is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a commitment to whole-person, accessible care. With over a decade of clinical experience, he launched The Ark Direct Primary Care in Exeter, California, to provide transparent, personalized healthcare outside the traditional insurance model. In his dual roles, he integrates his extensive medical background with a compassionate approach to patient care, driven by a deep-seated passion for forging meaningful relationships with his patients and supporting them through all stages of life. Noah is committed to providing empathetic, patient-centered care that respects individual needs and fosters long-term wellness. Noah is a proud husband and father of three, deeply rooted in his community and values. Outside the clinic, he enjoys working on his homestead with his family and raising his boys.
Dr. Alexander Eller, MD, MBA
Medical Director
Alexander Eller is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with an MBA in Healthcare Administration. He completed both medical school and residency training in Southern California, where he developed a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible care to patients across all stages of life. Passionate about improving the healthcare experience, Dr. Eller blends clinical expertise with a systems-based approach to enhance outcomes and equity. Outside the clinic, he enjoys surfing, running, and spending time with his wife and two children.
