Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based model where you pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited access to your primary care provider. There are no co-pays, no deductibles, and no surprise bills. This model allows for more time with your provider, easier communication, and a focus on personalized, high-quality care.

No, we do not bill or accept insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. You may still use insurance for labs, imaging, prescriptions, or specialist referrals.

Yes. We see all ages, including infants, children, and the elderly.
We also offer a Family Plan membership.

Services provided by other practitioners, such as a sub-specialist.
Medications purchased elsewhere.
Hospital care (inpatient admission, rounds, and discharge).
Lab studies done outside the office.
Physical therapy.
Any services rendered by other facilities or other providers when ours are unavailable.

We do not offer in-office vaccinations at this time due to storage limitations. However, we are happy to help coordinate vaccinations through local pharmacies or clinics if they are recommended for your care.

Due to current IRS regulations, DPC membership fees may not always be reimbursable through an HSA. It is the member’s responsibility to confirm with their plan administrator. The Ark DPC can provide a statement upon request for submission.

Yes, we welcome Medicare beneficiaries. We do not bill Medicare. Patients must sign a private contract acknowledging this.

We help coordinate outside services and have access to discounted pricing. Insurance can be used if applicable.

Hospitalizations and emergency services are not covered under your membership. We recommend maintaining insurance or a medical cost-sharing plan.

A 3-month minimum membership is required. After that, it's month-to-month.
Discounts are offered for 6-month and 12-month prepaid plans.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
A new registration fee applies if you choose to rejoin after cancellation.

We do not prescribe narcotic therapy for chronic non-cancer pain. Patients must maintain care with any existing prescribers. Our providers are able to provide appropriate pain management for acute conditions for short-term use and also use non-narcotic pain management options.

Members can contact our providers for urgent after-hours needs. We strive for timely responses and ask that after-hours calls be reserved for urgent concerns.

We can often diagnose and treat remotely. We’ll locate a nearby pharmacy or advise on further care options if appropriate.
